behaviour patterns

Why does the lion program target negative behavioural patterns:

Behavior patterns are the ways in which we act and react to the world around us. They are the habitual ways we go about our lives, both consciously and unconsciously.

Our behavior patterns are shaped by our upbringing, our culture, and our personal experiences. They can be helpful or harmful, depending on how well they serve us. Also, the patterns of our behavior can change over time, as we learn and grow.

Furthermore, our behavior is not just our own. It is also influenced by the people around us, as well as the larger society we live in. Patterns of behavior can be helpful in many ways. They can provide structure and stability in our lives. They can help us get along with others, and they can make it easier for us to accomplish our goals.
